Upgrade of Industrial Units, Swindon

Dove Construction has won the contract to modernise six industrial units at this site at Ravenseft, Cheyney Manor: Competing with more modern industrial areas, the site of these 1960's / 70's industrial units needs to be upgraded to become attractive to increasingly discerning businesses.
Dove Construction will be upgrading the six industrial units, work that will include the removal of asbestos sheeting and replacing with a modern cladding system. Additionally, Dove will be constructing one new industrial unit and upgrading the car park and hard landscaping areas to transform a tired, older development into one suitable for the 21st Century.
